Munnar is in the Idukki District.
If you prefer mild temperatures and clear skies, the post-monsoon and winter months (October to February) might be the best time for you to visit Munnar. However, if you enjoy the monsoon scenery and don't mind occasional rain, the lush greenery during the monsoon season can be quite enchanting. It's advisable to check the weather conditions and plan your trip accordingly.
