1. Booking Cancellation by Customer:
– If a booking is cancelled more than 7 days before the departure date, 90% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
– If a booking is cancelled between 3 to 6 days before the departure date, 60% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
– If a booking is cancelled between 1 to 3 days before the departure date, 30% of the total tour cost will be refunded.
– Cancellations made less than day before the departure date will result in no refund.
2. Cancellation by Tripbae:
– We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient bookings.
– In such cases, customers will be offered the choice of an alternative tour or a full refund.
3. Changes by Tripbae:
– We may sometimes make minor alterations to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. No compensation will be paid in such cases.
– In the case of significant alterations, customers will be informed in advance and will have the option to accept the change, take an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.
4. Non-Utilization of Services:
– No refunds will be made for any unused services or missed days during the tour, irrespective of the reason.
5. Health, Delays, and Unforeseen Circumstances:
– No refunds will be given for missing or abandoning a tour due to ill health, late arrival, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
– Tripbae is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to delays in travel arrangements caused by airlines or other services.
6. Processing Time for Refunds:
– Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of receiving the cancellation request.
– Any claims or complaints regarding the services should be made in writing within 10 days of the tour’s completion. No claims will be entertained after this period.
8. Third Party Services:
– For services like airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other third-party services, the refund policy of the respective service provider will apply.
9. Booking Transfers:
– Bookings may be transferred to another individual, subject to approval and an administrative fee, provided the request is made at least 2 days before the departure date.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
