Travelling to Kudremukh recently, I had a poor experience with Tripbae. They provided incorrect details for my Aadhar card, leading to our permit being canceled—something we only discovered at the checkpost. After traveling all the way from Tamil Nadu, it was frustrating to be turned away due to their negligence. There was poor coordination with the guides, who didn’t respond properly and blamed us for the issues. Additionally, the transportation was uncomfortable, and the homestay felt more like shared rooms, with only okay food. If you're seeking a smooth trekking experience, I wouldn’t recommend Tripbae.

We had a terrible experience with Tripbae. They provided incorrect details, such as our Aadhar card and gender information while booking the trek for us with the forest department, which led to our permit being canceled. We only found out about this upon arriving at the Kudremukh checkpost. It’s incredibly disappointing that Tripbae couldn’t ensure the accuracy of the trek bookers' information, especially since we submitted everything on time. How would you feel arriving at the trek's starting point only to be not allowed to trek because of a mistake made by Tripbae? We traveled all the way from Tamil Nadu for this trek, and the entire experience turned into a disaster due to their negligence. If they can’t even verify permits properly, what’s the point of booking treks with Tripbae? There was a lack of coordination with the guides, and they didn’t even have an adequate list to check the number of trekkers or the details of the trekkers that day. Additionally, the transportation they provided was uncomfortable—government buses would have been a better option—and the homestay they booked was not that great. If you're looking for a smooth and enjoyable trekking experience, I would advise not to book with Tripbae.
