Evening Departure: As dusk falls over Bengaluru, our exciting journey kicks off towards the majestic adventure in Kodagu. Join us in a well-equipped Tempo Traveler or Minibus featuring comfortable push-back seats for a 280 km adventure. Settle in as we navigate through the night, eager to embrace the serene landscapes of Kodagu. We'll pick up our fellow explorers at the following locations. Click on each location to see the exact pickup point.
Note for the entire trip: The travel time may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions. Yet, we will make sure that we will cover all the places on the itinerary.
Morning Arrival: Welcome the day with the refreshing highlands of Coorg, arriving around 6:00 AM.
▪️ 06:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Arrive, check into your accommodation, freshen up, and enjoy a hearty breakfast.
▪️ 09:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Venture to Mandalpatti View Point for breathtaking views (Optional Jeep ride, self-sponsored).
▪️ 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Absorb the panoramic vistas at the View Point.
▪️ 12:00 PM – 01:00 PM: Return from Mandalpatti.
▪️ 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Relish a local lunch (self-sponsored).
▪️ 02:00 PM - 03:00 PM: Explore the iconic Abbey Falls.
▪️ 03:00 PM – 03:45 PM: Enjoy the cascading waters of Abbey Falls.
▪️ 03:45 PM – 04:15 PM: Proceed to Raja Seat.
▪️ 04:15 PM – 06:30 PM: Watch a spectacular sunset at Raja Seat and explore the area.
▪️ 06:30 PM – 07:00 PM: Visit the vibrant market of Coorg.
▪️ 07:30 PM: Return to your stay for a night of campfire tales and delicious dinner.
▪️ 09:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Finish breakfast and head to reach Talakaveri.
▪️ 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Spend time at Talakaveri.
▪️ 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Head out to and reach Namdroling Monastery, a significant centre of Tibetian Vajrayana Buddhism.
▪️ 12:30 PM – 02:30 PM: Take in the peace of the Monastery.
▪️ 02:30 PM – 03:30 PM: Have lunch*self-sponsored
▪️ 03:30 PM - 04:30 PM: Head out to and reach Kushal Nagar Harangi Elephant Camp.
▪️ 04:30 PM – 06:30 PM: Spend time at the camp with the giants! Head to the stay after this and have dinner.
▪️ 09:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Finish breakfast and head to reach KRS Dam.
▪️ 11:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Spend time at KRS Dam.
▪️ 01:00 PM – 02:00 PM: Have Lunch*Self-Sponsored
▪️ 02:00 PM – 02:30 PM: Head out to reach the Venugopala Swamy Temple
▪️ 02:30 PM: Spend time at the temple and then get into the vehicle to start heading towards Bengaluru.
▪️ 10:00 PM: Reach Bengaluru the drop-off points will be the same as the pick-up points to ensure convenience for all travelers. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
