Note for the entire trip: The travel time may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions. Yet, we will make sure that we will cover all the places on the itinerary.
🛣️ Travel Distance & Duration:
The road distance from Bangalore to Pondicherry is approximately 310 km, taking around 7 to 8 hours overnight. We depart around 9 PM and reach Pondicherry early in the morning—just in time for sunrise by the sea.
08:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Check into your homestay, freshen up and have breakfast *(Self Sponsored)
10:00 AM - 02:00 PM: Visit the beautiful French Colony, following which you will head to Craft Bazaar (Handicraft fair)
02:00 AM - 03:00 AM: Stop for lunch on the way *(Self Sponsored)
03:00 AM - 04:00 AM: Head to Aurobindo Ashram
05:00 AM - 06:00 AM: Visit the beautiful Rock Beach
06:30 AM: Head back to Homestay and have dinner *(Self Sponsored)
07:00 AM - 09:00 AM: Freshen up, checkout of homestay and have breakfast on the way
09:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Visit Chunnambar Boat House and enjoy water adventure activities

Drop-off Points: The drop-off points will be the same as the pick-up points to ensure convenience for all travelers. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

As the journey unfolds, unfamiliar faces become friends, cultivating a feeling of fellowship. Thus, we strongly encourage solo travelers to join our exciting ventures.
The safety and security of women/girls are paramount to us. Hence, it's entirely safe for women/girls to participate in our treks and tours. Our trip leaders always accompany the group, offering constant assistance and direction. Our camp sites are thoroughly secure and provide a safe lodging environment. In addition, our female trip leaders often join our trips.
Selecting the "Without Transportation" option implies that you will be arranging all your travel needs for the complete itinerary. The Tripbae team will not handle any facet of your transportation. We suggest the use of a car for a hassle-free journey to, from and around the destination.
The most favorable time to embark on this tour is from September to February. During heavy monsoons, it is difficult to visit any place and monsoons here are extreme, while the summers bring high humidity levels.
There are no food provisions in our stays. We stop at restaurants (On time) on our way & back.
