If you’re looking for a quick escape from Bangalore, Wayanad adventure is an ideal destination for a short getaway. With its scenic views, natural wonders, and adventure activities, Wayanad has something to offer for everyone.
Our trip starts with a 9:00 PM departure from Bangalore to Wayanad, ensuring we reach the destination by 6:00 AM. After freshening up and having breakfast at a local restaurant, we begin our trip by visiting the Banasura Dam, the second-largest earth dam in Asia, and taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lush greenery.
Next up is the Banasura Mala Waterfalls, where we’ll spend some time admiring the cascading waterfalls and relaxing in the peaceful surroundings. A sumptuous lunch at a local restaurant will fuel us up for an afternoon of adventure at the Karlad Adventure Camp, where we can enjoy zip-lining, rope-climbing, and other adrenaline-pumping activities. We’ll head back to the hotel to have dinner and rest, ready for another day of exploration.
After a good night’s sleep, we’ll have a hearty breakfast and set out to visit to the Kanthanpara Waterfalls, known for its enchanting beauty and tranquility. Next visit the Wayanad Tea Museum, where we’ll get a glimpse into the tea-making process and indulge in some tea-tasting.
The next stop on our itinerary is the Edakkal Cave, famous for its prehistoric cave paintings, dating back to 6000 BC. The cave is a fascinating historical and cultural site, and we’ll learn about the history and legends surrounding it.
A delicious lunch at a local restaurant will keep us fueled for the return journey to Bangalore. We’ll depart Wayanad at 4:00 PM and reach Bangalore by 12:00 AM, ending our exciting two-day trip of Wayanad.

Journey to Wayanad District
As the sun sets over Bangalore, our adventure begins as we head towards the Wayanad District. We'll embark on a comfortable journey of 270 km in a Tempo Traveler or a Minibus with push-back seats, ensuring a smooth ride for our hikers.

You will have to reach all the places on time as per the itinerary, by yourself. You will also need to synchronize your arrival times with the trek leader in case the Tripbae vehicle's journey experiences any delays.
