Journey to Subrahmanya village (also known as Kukke Subrahmanya)
As the sun sets over Bangalore, our adventure begins as we head towards the Subrahmanya village (also known as Kukke Subrahmanya). We'll embark on a comfortable journey of 280 km in a Tempo Traveler or a Minibus with push-back seats, ensuring a smooth ride for our hikers.
Please note that there won't be a dinner stop during the journey. We'll pick up our fellow explorers at the following locations
Note for the entire trip: The travel time may vary depending on the traffic and road conditions. Yet, we will make sure that we will cover all the places on the itinerary.
07:30 AM: Reach Kukke Subramanya
08:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Get refreshed in dorms (only to freshen up) and get ready for the trek
10:00 AM – 03:00 PM: Start the trek to Bhattara Mane Base Camp (5 hours)
03:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Lunch at Bhattara Mane Base Camp
05:30 PM – 08:00 PM: Bask in the golden hues of the sunset
08:00 PM – 09:00 PM: Dinner at Bhattara Mane Base Camp
04:00 AM – 05:30 AM: Wake up & and get ready for the trek (Wake-up call provided)
05:30 AM – 06:30 PM: Start the trek to and reach Kallu Mantapa (1 hour)
06:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Leave for and reach Kumara Parvatak Peak (4 hours)
10:30 AM – 11:30 AM: Have breakfast and enjoy the views from the peak
11.30 AM – 02:00 PM: Start descent to and reach Bhattara Mane (2.5 hours)
02:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Lunch at Bhattara Mane Base Camp
03:00 PM – 06:30 PM: Trek downhill and reach Kukke Subramanya (3.5 hours)
06:30 PM – 09:00 PM: Get refreshed and have your *self-sponsored dinner (free time)
09:00 PM: Board the vehicle to return to Bangalore
04:00 AM: Reach Bengaluru
Drop-off Points: The drop-off points will be the same as the pick-up points to ensure convenience for all travelers. Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving the vehicle.

Christmas and New Year:
You will have to reach all the places on time as per the itinerary, by yourself. You will also need to synchronize your arrival times with the trek leader in case the Tripbae vehicle's journey experiences any delays. Other than that, accommodation, guidance, permits, and the rest which are mentioned in the included list are included.

You would be added to a WhatsApp group a day or two before the trip date where all the last-minute information is shared. An email is also sent including important information about the trip.

Your luggage will need to be carried to the Bhattara Mane Base Camp, which entails a 5-hour journey. After this, you can carry only the essentials for the trek.
The safety and security of women/girls are paramount to us. Hence, it's entirely safe for women/girls to participate in our treks and travels. Our trek leaders always accompany the group, offering constant assistance and direction. Our campsites are thoroughly secure and provide a safe lodging environment. In addition, our female trek leaders often join our treks.
Unfortunately, it's not feasible to reschedule your trek to a future date if you're unable to attend on the designated day, regardless of the circumstances (like family emergencies, health problems, or work commitments).
